I'd always seen Cho as Korean (or Chinese-Korean) because of common Korean last name "Cho." Last night I did a little Googling to see if it "Cho" could be a first name, and I turned up more than one Korean baby name site which listed "Cho" as meaning "beauty." Also, "Chang" is an alternate romanization of a reasonably common Korean family name which is usually romanized as "Jang."

Anyone have access to an actual Korean-language copy of Harry Potter to check how her name is written there?
