Hope everyone had a good week. I've been mostly doing things like laundry the past few days so there's not much to talk about--I think I cross-stitched in a bad position the other night because I woke up with a crick in my neck that went all the way into my head and made me want to throw up. Just thought I'd share.

Hope your neck is better. Don't you just hate that kind of thing? Neck or back --those are the worst when they go. Lately, though, it's my knees threatening to go! If I bend down and then stand up...? *CRACK* Eek.

Time to start taking Condroiten, I suppose. *is lazy, cheap, and resistant*

Thanks! I feel much better. My shoulders now just crackle a lot as if there's a lot of pebbles in them.
