Yeah, it's kind of...I'm hesitant of sounding like I'm just dismissing everything Hermione does because it's not that...it's just that things she does are usually either tied up in themselves or they become about Harry. Like the DA is really more important for Harry's involvement with it adn the growth it gives him. Hermione absolutely makes things happen in terms of technicalities (in OotP she never stops orchestrating!). But the emotional throughline isn't really centering on Hermione that way. Like the way Sirius is so plugged into emotional stuff as well as plot issues. I'm not explaining this well...maybe it's just that Hermione tends to also be more connected to the school story. By definition she's not connected to the LV plot the way some other people are. She chooses to stand by Harry's side, but she's not tied to it to begin with.
