I might be able to stomach it, if she sort of had "castrated" the bad guys, thus taking away their ability to harm others (sort of like you castrate male animals in order to reduce their aggression level)while keeping the good guys just as they were (a cock per se doesn't make a man a rapist, so he can keep it).
