I know that you don't expect a redeemed!Draco (or even necessarily want one), but I don't really think Draco can ever fully think himself wrong. I mean, this kind of attitude toward Muggleborns has been taught to him from the moment he was born, probably. I suppose he can learn to tolerate Muggleborns, but his prejudice is too deep-rooted to be fully eradicated. For example, I know a few people who have a "preference" for a certain type of people (i.e. white people over black people) and see no problem with this. I wouldn't call this preference racism, per se, but I would call it prejudice. Draco may recognize that Muggleborns can be good witches and wizards, but I don't think he'll ever equate them with himself.
