That's very interesting about Job and Prometheus. I'm definitely with Prometheus on this one, both in life and in fandom. Because really, "canon" is what's in the pages of the books. That's not to say that some interpretations aren't more logical than others, because they most definitely are. But once you start extrapolating, that's your mind at work and not the author's.
