We're mostly disagreeing on the ones where I'm really close to the line. Especially those two fight scenes where one person clearly starts the fight out of nothing. Although in Draco's case I do think that most guys would see him as having to fight after being caught like that. Not that that makes Harry himself guilty since he didn't intentionally humiliate him, but he's definitely in wounded animal mode there. His bad luck Harry happened to be carrying a shotgun without realizing it!
