I wasn't being altogether 100% serious about the nose breaking! However, in this instance Draco didn't only hex Harry, he physically assaulted him then abandoned him to his fate and they were outside the boundaries of Hogwarts. But perhaps I have to concede that abandoning Harry on a deserted train isn't different enough from abandoning Draco, Crabbe and Goyle on a full train.
Again on the not 100%. But Draco did have bigger fish to fry: Dumbledore. Harry didn't have bigger fish to fry. As I said somewhere, for me, weird though it might be, Harry was aware enough that he'd done wrong with sectumsempra and sorry enough about it.
