But that's another bit of teh stupid, because the Elder Wand's unbeatable, isn't it? That's the whole point of it! So how does it get won, then? If JKR had bothered to explain that it requires more than brute strenght to win the elder wand, because you have to get it by cunning because you can't use force, that would've been neat. As it is, it's just yet anotehr thing that makes no sense.
