Her original answer, iirc, was that somebody asked if Dumbledore had ever been in love and she said she always thought of him as gay, and he was in love with Grindelwald. And she said if she knew it would make the audience so happy (since they were cheering) she'd have told them sooner--though I don't know if that meant she'd have put it in the book or not. (It seems like as much a part of DH as anything else and from a story perspective I see no reason not to include it.)
Of course once she said he was gay even outside of canon a lot of people thought that was terrible, that he shouldn't be a teacher etc. So now she's getting more questions on that.
