Dumbledore having his enormous boy-crush on Grindelwald seemed obvious to me, it was well implied (I thought). Didn't assume he was actually gay- it seemed halfway between a crush and hero-worship, like teenagers have sometimes. It fit better with Dumbledore as he was portrayed for the first six books (see icon) than the Machiavellian character that loomed out of nowhere in the last one. I agree that it was fascinating to have someone react like that, but she should have added another gay character- someone with a nice happy/content and possibly boring life (though Charlie, everybody's favourite candidate, hardly has a chance at a boring life).
She really does need to shut up, though. Let us speculate on everybody's future life, imagine that Draco has some exotic foreign pureblood (though maybe she's from Queens? American wizards might just be really tacky...) Imagine that Neville and Luna do something crazy together, like hunting for weird creatures that nobody can see?
For the record, I have hopes for Harry and Ginny, and Ron and Hermione. Ron is smarter than he's given credit for, and Harry will change from not having to fight ultimate evil anymore. And Ginny- SOOO going back to Quidditch as soon as the kids are on bottles.
