Muggles, Mudbloods and Squibs

I can't believe I'm actually sticking a toe in the "Racists or not!" debate, but with all the talk about it I can't stop my head from thinking about it. I don't have a real point or a theory, so I'm just going to try to figure out ( what I think of when I think about how prejudice is shown in HP. )
