Evil Geniuses Again

I didn't actually get to see Bones last night but have been reading about it and it's making me go off on that tiresome "Think with your heart, not with your head!" nonsense. I know it's annoying to write about an episode I didn't even see, so just keep in mind that's what I'm doing and this is more in response to some things I saw written about it than the episode itself.

Also, have been reading all the Supernatural posts even though I don't watch the show. Just imo, if somebody goes for bitch, slut, whore, and skank when they're angry at women they do mean something by it. (Iow, they don't just "not mean it" because it's only something they say to women who make them angry.) Not being called these things is a privilege you earn by not making the person angry. But if you do something bad, you were a whore all along.

I don't watch the show, so I can't say anything about a particular character really, but I'm surprised at comments I've read where people just sort of say, "But he had a reason for insulting her. Sure it wasn't a nice thing to say, but she did not-nice things too." When the point isn't that he insulted her, but that insulting her that way shows what's under that particular pot if you lift the lid.
