Yes! So much! Like in Cry for Justice--the guy just destroyed a city. This would be a job for everybody, not just superheroes. Yet it always gets played as an individual story: Ollie wants to kill the guy for revenge, so the other heroes can tell him that he shouldn't kill out of revenge. And in the real world that would be fine--there would be many people who lost family that day and they should be able to count on a working justice system that would catch the guy or hunt him down. But constantly turning it into what seems like a lesson in Why Superheroes Are Really Annoying With This Whole No Killing Rule is getting really tedious!
