Hey, Maw! I'm a-gonna be on the TV!

So last week a friend of mine and I auditioned for this commercial that somebody else I know was casting. Last night I got a message that we booked it! Yee-ha!! I had completely tried to forget about it (as I usually do with anything I audition/try-out/apply for) and convinced myself I had no chance and then what do you know? We got it!

It's for AMC (American Movie Classics). I think it's those little commercials they show during the movies where they have people talking about why they love movies and things like that. Our Thin Man routine must have gone over well. It doesn't pay a lot or anything (not enough to cover that phone bill. Ahem.) but who cares? It's fun! We're shooting it next week.

Off to work now on Looney Tunes...
