Whenever I go to do a meme I think, "Why would anyone want to read this?" Then I remember that I was completely enthralled reading it on other people's ljs.
I'm very fond of pansies a the moment!

1. What is the "theme" on your calendar this year?
It's a calendar of forgotten English. Yesterday's word was to "pay in cats," meaning to pay with weird goods instead of money.
2. Do you read the newspaper every day?
I go to read it every morning, but often get sidetracked.
3. What kind of shoes are you wearing right now?
None.
4. What magazines do you subscribe to?
The New Yorker, TVGuide, InStyle.
5. What is your favorite condiment?
Mustard. But I usually end up wiping most of it off because I can't take a lot.
6. What was the first occupation you remember wanting to have?
Paleontologist.
7. Are you a green thumb?
I am The Thumb of Death.
8. Did you have an imaginary friend when you were little?
Of the classic variety, yes I did: Evelyn. She eventually split into Good Evelyn and Bad Evelyn. Bad Evelyn went away on a train. Good Evelyn then faded away, being so boring by herself, I guess. Sometimes I expect Bad Evelyn to show up on my doorstep with her blond hair and dark red dress.
9. Do you floss regularly?
If by regularly you mean when I remember than yes. Otherwise, no.
10. If you could still hang posters of celebrities on your walls and get away with it like when you were 12, who would be on your walls right now?
Hmmm...I have a lot of movie posters already. But I guess I'd put up Johnny Depp from Dead Man, and the hobbits. Especially the Frodo teaser posters.
13. Do you keep shoe boxes or throw them away?
Keep them and wind up needing them. I have no drawers.
14. Would you be embarrassed if someone looked under your bed?
There is no under my bed.
15. If you could be one character in book, who would you be?
I have no idea what to answer, but the first thing that came to mind was Cassandra Mortmain in I Capture The Castle.
16. What do you sleep in?
A tee-shirt and something else.
17. What is your favorite word?
Twilight.
